There is alot of gains to be had with porting on the cobras the stock blower isn't that great so porting really helps it shine.

Your car put down very sold numbers 👏🏻 very impressive for just a ported eaton. My car only made 570 with a whipple 😅. This February I will get my car on the dyno now that it has long tube headers.

This is true but 76 degrees iat is unrealistic if you're running around on the street having fun you'll never see close to that. Your whipple is probably just chilling at 570 wheel not even sweating. But no doubt for a stock blower that is def solid numbers.

I could probably make a bit more power and get to your number on E85 but where my blower is maxed out yours is just starting. None less I’m extremely impressed by what this car put down. Thanks brother, looking forward to what you do with yours in the future 🙌🏻

@@midnight347 I do agree on the 76 degree part, yes on the street we won’t see those IATs but if I’m racing trust me I’m bringing a bag of ice to bring those IATs down, plus I forgot to mention on the video that the car is in Drag radials and the tuner told me that my drag radials are robing the car at least 10wheel hp in the Dyno, so even without ice it would’ve made close to 530wheel, timing and fuel corrections are the reason the car made that kind of power

Super good numbers for stock manifolds, lower pulley, and 93 pump. But the tuner did say that the 533whp was due to the ice, right? He said the IAT2 were at 76 degrees. You will never see your IAT2 in that temperature range in the real world. Regardless, it should still be 500whp setup. Any plans on going E85 or headers and lower?

The tuner said that the IATs helped a ton but they will only get you about 10wheel, he also mention that the drag radials that I have on the back rob the car about 10wheel unless you bump the pressure to about 55psi.. Anyways if I’m going to race I’m putting ICE on that B 😂😂😂 I’m keeping the stock lower, I like the efficiency of the 13 psi, E85 is what’s next probably to make 550+

Every car is different. Can’t guarantee you’ll get the same results, we used ice to cool down the inlet temps. I’d say it should make over 500 to the wheels for sure. The car 503 before making 530 so I’m confident that it should make over 500.

Hope all have been well. 🤗😁 Maybe doesn't rule the streets but its much faster than 98% of most cars out there I'd guess. 😆Too many crazy people pushing newer cars to 1k horsepower now days.... I would much rather have around 400 to 500 WHP, so much more fun and not worried about getting into too much trouble on the street. 😅1k horsepower cars are in my opinion just to scare your friends and family, but they are no go on the street.

Really not bad if being on pump 93, what else's been done ? / saw a guy that had a 03/04 cobra crate motor he was comparing blowers in his test all on low boost around 12psi, I belive it was above 20 degrees of timing he did say he was running race gas on all his Force induction he runs race gas he had a mild cam in it, not stock Cobra cams. The blower was not ported still working with the eaton on the engine dyno, it put down 559 horsepower, where I would kindly impress, was with that the centrifugal supercharger, using the intake from an 01 cobra in order to have the long intake runners still on low boost around 12 handmade 815 hp , ran that without the intercooler now throw it in the cooler in that mix there's a beast.

My set up was fairly a simple set up. Ported Eaton, upper 2.76 pulley only, ported TB, 60 pound injectors upgraded fuel pumps, 2600MAF, Off road X pipe and a custom tune. The car put down great numbers for being on pump gas 93, relative low boost and not even having headers.

I ran ported eaton, Bassani cat back, pullied eaton, JL intake, larger throttle body and made 548 on 15 psi. Tuned by a professional tuner here in Kentucky. Wouldn't have done it otherwise. Lee Blankenship. Hes the best around here.

Actually from what I’ve heard, the ported Eatons actually lower your IATS, making your blower more efficient, now you start to really heat up these blowers when you over spin them, 16 Psi + is over killed for these blowers. Mine made this power between 13-14 PSI

If you are going to drag race your car on a peeped track, get another set of wheels with a bias ply tire. I’m launching mine around 6,000-6,500rpm and I’m still on stock halfshafts. My unported Eaton runs 11.6-11.7 at 480rwhp

Great question, well it honestly depends. If you can find a great deal buy it, other wise send it to get ported, regardless it’s a ton of fun man, the ported Eaton screams and makes awesome power for what it is.

I used the DeatschWerks In-Tank Fuel Pump 340 LPH. I can’t recall what was the duty cycle, but my tuner said that I had plenty of fuel, I also had 60 pound injectors.
