Actually securities law is the basic understanding of capital market so with this understanding you have to gain practical knowledge by yourself.

By securities law you will gain basic theoretical understanding of technical terms but it won't guide you about where to invest.

Security law will give basic idea of stockmarkets and if you understand and effectively use the topics like share valuations, financial ratios, interpretation of financial statements and strategic management, fundamental analysis that are part of CMA and FSM it will give you brief Idea where we need to invest .
