Love your garlands and everything else except your tree, looks too modern. Last year I got a 6 ft. feather tree from Wayfair and battery operated candles from either Amazon or eBay, can’t remember which. I put on popcorn that I strung several years ago, dried orange slices, I’m getting ready to string cranberries for it and thinking about ordering some homespun candy canes. I have the same tin star that you have on your tree and I love the little ice skates you have. Oh and I always hide a blown glass pickle in the tree. I use English walnuts, real pomegranates and faux pears in my wooden and pewter bowls. This year I think I’m going to stand the tree on an antique sled to make it taller. I’m trying to go a little more primitive in my decorating, so far I have replaced my Imari plates with red ware and brass candle sticks with hog scrapers and tin ones. I’m 79 years old so I’m going for what is more comfortable and less formal. You and your mother are such inspirations. So glad I found your channel. Happy holidays from central Ohio.
