My Printer Won't Stop Printing! How to clear the memory on your HP All In One printer

Does your HP All-In_one printer continue to print? This video will show you how to clear your printer's memory.
1) Turn off the printer
2) Unplug the printer
3) Press # and 9 at the same time
4) While holding down # and 9, plug in the printer
5) Continue holding the buttons for 5 seconds
6) You're all set! Turn on the printer!

I haven’t had that problem but good to know in case. Mine sometimes just says printer in an error state and won’t print. Maybe it would work for that. I will try it next time I get that.

While watching I recommend in future leave the paper tray empty or pause print jobs if possible (for me it is I am here bc although I can pause it I’m unable to delete the print jobs).

I have a 6220 model without buttons but I took the plug out of the wall and reconnected and it has stopped printing

Very good information this does work on the HP J4680, just be aware this will wipe all the memory in this printer not just the print job. I do thank you for this information. I am going to give this printer away and I wanted to be sure all my information was gone.
