Those songs need to be in the new album. Specially the last one.

Ad placement in between the songs is a bummer. Love DIIV and love this project.

I would love to see a king gizzard - timeland style ep out of DIIV. Just let them loose with no restrictions and make the weirdest left field shit they can.

Sad, perturbed, just like a teenager killing his childhood to become and adult. And experience the pain and the beauty of being lost. I dont know how I feel about the images...but the sound is up there. And I have chosen to listen with eyes closed. Like its supposed to be. always.

Why do artists participate in promoting this kind of luxury fashion brands while at the same time criticizing capitalism and consumer culture in their albums... Like DIIV, Iceage... I can maybe understand more Thom Yorke attending fashion shows and participating in this high lifestyle while also being super critical with the role of capitalism in the climate emergency, because he's basically a millionaire and forms part of this sphere of society. But in DIIV's case? For me Enfants represent the same kind of greedy, selfish, money-driven ideology as other high fashion brands like Balenciaga.

idk if you know this but Cole was a former model. I’m sure they can still call out capitalism while still supporting the people who gave them a chance to do what they do now, but i still agree that it’s a bit hypocritical
