You are right must be a genius.

Why? I mean, if this is recorded straight from the mixer and not "externally" then it obviously must sound good. You almost can not fuck that up, right? I mean if you are a pro and you know what you are doing. Maybe i am wrong, please feel free to correct me but...If i am right about it being recorded from the mixer then you can´t really even tell how it sounded to the audience, right? Or am i wrong? I am not sure.

I agree. He took it straight from the mixer to his iPad and uploaded it here. 🤦🏽♂️. If you love Diiv, or any music, the subtitles have been captured. Yup. Medal and chocolate for the sound man. This really is glorious. Both of them.

I literally cried watching this live, I follow them for years and this live is one of their best shows I've seen, they look really mature and sober, they went through dark times as a band and seeing how they have grown musically and as a group makes me very proud. I loved the new minimal arrangements to the old songs.

I'm watching this concert for the first time on a Saturday morning. last night I watched the Desert Daze concert by DIIV. That's very good too like this quality. I'm going to the Los Angeles show at the Wiltern. Wiltern is a nice nice venue. It's for the big leagues. DIIV is sooo good. What a songwriter both Cole and Collin are.

Awesome to see how formidable of a live band DIIV have become. I remember watching early live videos where they played everything 10bpm faster and hadn't quite figured out to translate their crystal-echo vibes into their live sound. They're a special band. Mixing on this set is just top notch too, hats off to all involved. Seeing them in March.

saw them once in 2014 when they only had Oshin out. saw them again in 2019 and they played Deceiver front to back, then played an extra 3 songs - only 2 of them being from Is the Is Are. Is the Is Are is one of my favorite albums of all time, and I really regret not seeing them during that tour cycle. so a setlist like this, combining all 3 of their albums, would be a dream come true. and they sound better than ever! this performance was incredibly shot and mixed - this is gonna be one of my go to live sets from now on!

Cole doesn't seem all too well somehow, can't put my finger on it. He sounded very sad prior to stating that "Like Before You Were Born" is sad, and I sort of knew they were going to play that song without looking at the setlist. Also, cigarette puffs that large are never a good sign in regards to one's mental state. Idk. Wishing everyone in DIIV the best.
