A lot of people I think are struggling what with the Pandemic and all. What I found helpful is not to be too hard on yourself. It’s okay if you have days where you don’t do anything or aren’t that productive. Or maybe you just try to get 1-2 things done. Be kind to yourself, it’s a stressful time. Make time to care for your mental health.
