MY PROMISE TO IRELAND

The general oath of commitment of King Ruairi The Great towards the promotion and execution of dynamic constitutional, political, cultural, social and economic change in Ireland, and to serve as Taoiseach and High King, in a newly revised position of an elected monarch for all Ireland, instead of a prime minister, to constitutionally consolidate the position of head of government as a unifying figure for all Irish people. This reign would take place in the lead up to, and involve the subsequent management of a new united state of all Ireland, should he gain the necessary support from the right ministerial team and the public in order to effectively execute his vision on how that new Ireland should function. Eventual unity is inevitable, however it is His Majesty's belief that the current government and opposition are useless and the established system for their appointment leaves no prospect of any improvement in the quality of leadership, now or at any time in the future. Unity would provide a chance to change that. But if the current monkeys are left to preside over that transition, then it would be no true upgrade of the current system, so he has put together an entire plan for how it really could be done better during a prospective reign of King Ruairí. His bullet points of specific ideas and details for how to upgrade each individual part of the country, and enable collaboration between traditionally conflicting sections of society in a unique way that has never been seen before, will follow in a series of later videos.

He does have some great qualities that I believe could be effective in an Irish political revolution that I believe we need. If it wasn't such a state, he probably wouldn't be bothered with politics- I think he just wants to help if he can. The way I want it- one person primes themselves for Taoiseach and goes on to work the government, another the health service, another the foreign collaborations etc. and everyone focuses on one job each.

Exactly Now I will have to use the botched system to get in. Sf Ff fg will never negotiate a referendum on a direct vote for Taoiseach with me. But if I can form a provisional government just once with a real team of real leaders- 20 people is not a pie in the sky goal- then I can go in on a manifesto promise to constitutionally reform the general layout for government. What I would do is layout a package of amendments and put them out for simultaneous ratification by an omnibus referendum. Then go back to the people in a direct vote to be relented as Taoiseach, in the revised job description of ‘elected monarch’ over ‘prime minister’. More powerful job- but can be deposed at any time. See ‘volatile mandate’. Very significant departure from the current system but will do the job

I want to create a president of unionism to handle the cultural budget and legislation regarding the preservation of the unionist culture. They would be elected by everyone with a British passport. This role would enable a separation of government and cultural politics and guarantee a permanent cultural assimilation between unionists in NI as well as put the promotion of British culture on a positive trajectory. And leave the national government open for enhanced pragmatism.
