A property manager is usually only receiving 5% to 10% of rent. If they don't report that a tenant moved in, they can keep 100%. Also, they can create contractor bills, and pay themselves when there was no real work. And they can steal appliances from your units.

i hire formerly incarcerated people who received carpentry/trades training, clothe them, and feed them. Most loyal workers I ever had.
