to anyone listening, his cash flow is not $1300 because he hasn't taken out repairs, vacancy and cap ex. His cash flow is around $300-400 per month is 18-20% is going to reserves.

The commendable thing that should've been stressed is that you realized you had a goal and so you found a job that would compensate you in manner that could help you reach that goal.
