You're welcome! Personally I don't ever use Pmax at this stage, I don't like how you have practically no control over what it's doing. I usually do Search and Shopping campaigns individually set up the way I like it.

I need leads for agency in DXB - so i select Search -> Leads -> max conversion OR should i should i start with (no goal) -> search -> website visits-> max converison so conversion event is lead form submite on Lp so what do you suggest.

If this account is brand new I recommend starting with Maximize Clicks first to get some data. Once you've had some conversions, then you can switch to Maximize Conversions.

Absolute rock bottom is $30/day for pretty much any campaign, but depending where you are, clicks on law firm keywords are usually $10+ per click, so you'll want a pretty decent budget to get enough clicks to actually get some data and traffic.
