Like, Ron Sai Baba appeared to me. So much went on with Sai and in the yoga crowd there is a theory about the "good" Sai Baba and the "evil"Sai Baba and the holy Sai died or was replaced (like the new age call a "walk in") with the evil one. I know people who were heavy duty disciples of Sai Baba ( I was trained under Babaji's lineage not Sai Baba) and yes, the evil Sai did way more than lie, there was a lot of abuse especially pedophilia...I don't say that lightly. Through yogic practices one can acquire abilities as Sai Baba did but those are just God's toys not God Himself. Through the same Christ our Lord Amen.

There's one part of this story that reminds me of my own testimony. When I was 17 and deep into the drug culture, I started reading the Gospels. God would begin to touch my heart but then I would have major doubts about what I was reading. One night when I was tripping my brains out on acid, I felt an evil presence in my room - the same presence I used to feel when I dabbled in the occult. Can't explain how, but I knew this wasn't the drug, it was an actual being that used to torment me at night. So I asked God, "if all this stuff I'm reading in the Bible (Gospels) is real and you're real, please take this evil presence away". For the next 10 minutes I felt the entirety of the LSD I was on completely drain out of my body through my feet. Within ten minutes I was stone cold sober and fell asleep shortly after that, something that NEVER happens when you're peaking on acid. The next morning I woke up and an overwhelming sense of awe came over me - I knew God was real. 6 months later I became a follower of Yeshua.

I"m ashamed of my behaviours during my "abuse" years and I am still on a medicine called "subutex" which is a tablet to wean and replace the symptoms of heroin and methadone (which I"ve been a slave to since the age of 17 (almost 20yesrs now!). Jesus will help you: He did it for me: seven years on benzodiapedes (6 to ten days supply a day for seven years,) then I took vodka to withdraw from the pills (doc said I could die if I withdrew off them, the amount I'd been on,) so every time I got cramps, I took a slug. Then I ended up addicted to alcohol! Finally I got deathly ill. I couldn't take anything. God stepped in..I got off everything (I'd already withdrawn off benzodiapedes tho,) and one more serious near-death illness caused me to renounce all alcohol. I went out to a church. I ended up being on the pastoral team of an AOG church, then later started and pastored my own church. You can do it. God wants to use you!

I know it can not be worse than coming off benzo"s and alcohol which I did in rehab in the north of England where I live because that was frightening! having fits and seizures and nearly dying!. Yes, its tough, but nowhere as bad as he makes you feel it will be!! Yes, benzos and alcohol! :-P My name is Linda. The only thing that motivated me to come of the benzos was I read in Revelation where it says "All sorcerers (drug users - in some modern translations) shall have their part in the Lake of fire that burns with sulfur." I knew that the original Greek word for "sorcerer" was "pharmakaea" from whence we get the word: pharmaceuticals or drugs. I knew that the pills had demonised me, my personality and way of thinking and behaving. I knew that even though I could obtain them by prescription (though I had to cover a whole lot of doctors to do that! If they each knew, they'd have quit prescribing them!) I knew that even though they were "legally" obtained, I would still go to hell because of them. I wandered into a church meeting (I'd only visited there once or twice in all the years I lived in that town,) and there was a visiting missionary from Canada, a lady. She did not know me and none of the folk in the church knew I was on anything. I was nicely dressed and outwardly seemed "normal." She walked over to me and said, "You are on some kind of pills aren't you?" I said, "Yes." She said these words (now listen to this!): "You know that you are swallowing demons every time you swallow one of those pills don't you?!" I think I nodded. But it made sense when I thought on it later. I was angry, aggressive (not physically,) and very emotional at times, all strung out! Anyway, one day, I thought on the verse I mentioned and said in my mind, "I don't want to quit the pills. But I don't want to go to the Lake of fire! So I will have to get off them." I didn't know how. I dreaded going into a hospital to withdraw (trolleys clanging up and down the passage all night and nurses shining a torch in your eyes to see if you're still breathing!!) So I walked down the road and looked up and saw a huge bill-board advertising vodka! I immediately decided to withdraw on my own "prescribed" drug! (Alcohol is a drug.) Well, I got off the benzos but the alcohol took a scary experience of me facing death to get off. I vowed to God to quit alcohol the night before the operation. Wouldn't you know it - I broke that vow about four times (each time I felt terrible about it!) I rarely ever took it, but was still hooked inside. I will try and fast forward (this is too long for this comments section,) I went to a meeting very discouraged and wondering if there was even hope for me to be saved. At the end of the meeting (it went from 6pm-midnight, five pastors prophesied over me and told me the Lord had called me to start a work for Him in my town. They told me what i had been doing up to then and how the Lord had been sending young people to my door to ask if I could tell them about God and how I was leading them to the Lord and so on. Anyway, my point is this Gail: the moment I received the word to start a work, I lost all desire for alcohol. These people in the church I'd gone to had not known me..I travelled four hours to get to their meeting, coz I had heard they operate in the Word of Knowledge and I needed to know if I could be saved (I was so low, and all alone in the town - no family and no friends.) But the Holy Ghost came upon me very powerfully after they prayed for me and I began to prepare for the work (prayer and fasting.) Many got saved through the outreach church. The day that you get the fear of God in you and decide that you "better get off everything or you're in big trouble" (and you are - even though Jesus loves you with all His heart,) you will do well sister. It is for your own soul that you need to get off. You can do it. When i quit the benzos I had two relapses and I noticed that after each relapse it was even harder to quit!! It terrified me! So I just did it. My mind and body were screaming for the damnable things for a long time, and I just kept going about my daily business LETTING them scream. I did have a weird withdrawal (I believe the demons were manifesting,) about 6 months after I'd come right off and was starting to feel a bit more normal, I woke up one morning and screamed nonstop for over an hour. After a year or so, I began to "feel" I began to relate better to others. I also was able to sleep normally (the first year or so, I got very little sleep.) Then the Lord began to work on me to get rid of the rotten attitudes I 'd given way to when on the pills and alcohol. True repentance and hearing searing messages! I preached a lot to myself too by reading stuff in the Bible I did not like..things that told me truths I needed. Today, I have no addictions of any kind. I am an evangelist and looking forward to my next round of evangelsim. YOU CAN (and need to) DO IT! Don't feel too bad about not sharing with the church, because if you are about to get right off everything, they may hinder you by unhelpful comments. Satan will use Christians, pastors anyone to destroy us. They will mean well, while they turn our feet toward hell. I am not condoning secrecy, just saying to use wisdom and let the Spirit of God lead you. It will hurt getting off them - but hell would hurt more and longer. We don't willingly inflict pain on ourselves, but its kind of like cutting off an arm thats trapped in an elevator door, to save your whole body being sucked down the shaft and crushed! The cut can be healed and the pain will go and you will be fine. I met a man who was a Christian and had been on methadone for umpteen years. All the Christians told him to stay on it, he was "doing okay" and the "the Lord understands!" etc. I told him from the Bible, he would go to hell if he didn't get off methadone. He thanked me and said I was the first person to share that and that he would do it. (I had shared my testimony of getting off benzos.) Such a long comment Gail! Holy cow Ron Cohen's testimony is virtually identical to my own, except I was born Catholic rather than Jewish although hundreds of years ago my paternal side converted from Judaism to Christianity so the even the lineage is similar. The visions, the psychic ability, New Age, Steiner, teaching yoga, living at an ashram,...my encounter was with Archangel Michael at age 12 and again in my 50's...same thing talked to me in a park then walked away and I saw him vanish ....and sooo much more all leading to accepting Jesus as my personal savior in my heart. I had an imaginary playmate who I know now was a demon. Soon after I met him a boy moved down the street. He didn't understand my playmate was not a physical child and got jealous. He insisted that I make him leave, or he wouldn't play with me anymore, he told me. I made the imaginary playmate go away because of him. It worked out for the best for me. What a godsend he was! I see Angels sometimes and hear spirits. The church gets so angry or says that people that see and hear spirits and angels are crazy. They ignore the fact that God is a Spirit. This is very true. I was saved and have my own personal testimony. I have a learning disability, very hard for me to understand things. Reading, understanding, spelling and comprehending and so on. Before I was saved, I was walking down a path of distruction a dangerous path. I would always feel spirits good or not good. When I was saved, I had a conversation with Jesus, one of the things he told me was to put these spirits to the test ask them," Is Jesus Christ your savior"? I'm testing them to this day and I either hear no or they flee, if good spirit my body and inner know they're good. 1 corinthians 12:9-10 talks about the gifts the Holy Spirit gives us. One of the mention, distinguishing between spirits. Makes sense why Jesus would tell me to put spirits to the test. 1 John 4, John talks about testing the spirits.

My name is Darlene Leahy and exteriors when I was 5 years old my father and mother had some land in the mountains in California and they was a a river or stream whatever you want to call it if a bubbling brook and they was a big tree that had fell over this bubbling brook and there was like a swim hole right there and my brothers and my sister with dive off this this tree into this pond and they said I couldn't do it because I was too young and and they weren't diving they were jumping but back then I didn't know the difference but they went to the house and I lag behind and and then I turned around and went back to the pond I climbed up slowly up in the tree we're I'll often seen them stand and I dovinh I didn't jump in a doe then and I hit my head on the bottom I didn't feel no pain but what I did feel was like I was like I was floating and I saw a bright light all around me and in this light I saw shadows and they weren't really shaped but they were like shadows and they were all around me and it was like they were pulling me towards the bank and then when they had me out on the bank I remember all this because I was conscious my brain was conscious I don't think my body was conscious but I was very aware of what was going on they did something to me and we're saying things to me but I don't remember what they said and what they did and then when I came to my self I think my spirit came back into my body it took me a long time to to come to my composure it because when I came there it was about noon and they was starting to go dark the sun was starting to go down when I well I woke into this reality I believe and I slowly got up and walk to the house and everything was so beautiful and bright the colors were brighter than I've ever seen them and I walked up to the stairs to the house and I sit down on this bench that was in the house and my mother looked at me and said are you okay I said I just shook my head at Herr and she turned around and started cooking, I was borned in 1947 so it probably took place in 1951 around there . I told my sister in 2013 the first time I'd ever told anyone matter fact I forgot about it and it just I just remembered it and I knew that it it really happened I think because I did that I've lost some abilities learning abilities I can't maintain my phonics I can read better now than I ever could but I can't spell because I can't retain the phonics and sounding them out I can't hear it when I sound them out but anyway I know that God intercede and he saved my life and I guess that is my point and I think that I had an out-of-body experience because I never lost my conscience I thought I knew what was going on but I don't remember what they said or what they did to me I only know that the Shadows carried me back up on the shore of that pond and took care of me thank you for your attention may God bless you and keep you from all harm may his Kingdom Come On Earth as it is in heaven nothing matters in this life everything is vain only thing that last is God's word and his righteousness that's all that matters and the love we have for one another then the love we have for our God pray that we will love him more and more everyday glory be to God in the highest your sister in Christ

Rachael, I call GOD FATHER, to me calling GOD YAHWEH a bit of a liberty, it is like calling your dad by his name, ie Simon, or Peter, this is what GOD WANTS YOU TO CALL HIM, FATHER GOD. I usually pray saying God's name (Yehovah or Yehovah/Jehovah/Yahweh - you get the idea) but sometimes I just say "God," but what never changes is that I always pray to God in the name of Yeshua/Jesus or Jesus. "Abba" is a familiar form of addressing God as our father, and it means "Daddy." Of course we are to respect God, but God wants a close relationship with us through his Son. I don't claim to know everything, but I have been instructed about different things by the Holy Spirit, and no displeasure or correction of how I address God has ever been expressed to me by the Holy Spirit.

When younger I too searched for the truth. Tried different eastern religions and the Course in Miracles with Maryanne Williamson. In my search I found Jesus the truth and light. One night before I got saved there was a battle for my soul. I couldn't sleep had evil thoughts and could feel things hitting my body. I held a Bible but hadn't read it. Didn't realize til years later it was an angel fighting for my soul. I got saved the next night. Praise Jesus.

Many children have imaginary friends ~~I did because I was lonely...and spent much of my time alone..I did have spiritual experiences during this period! I saw the first house (I bought being built in 1955-6...I was in Tennessee and the house was in San Diego I bought the house in 1999,) 55 yrs later...go figure, I grew up in a Baptist church...Yes, I'm a believer and met Jesus yrs later..God bless!!
