The PB rep had overstretched hip and iliopsoas muscles and a pelvic tilt that was jamming up her lower back making her lower abs extend out. Her shoulders were rounded indicating tight pec major and weak rhomboids. Lots of times that's from a plank that rounds the thoracic spine to compensate for rotator cuff and pec weakness. Drop down the upper back through the sternum so the front delts and pecs are more engaged during plank. Pull the shoulder joints down and in while in plank (and possibly full push ups) to stabilize the shoulder joints to endure the correct POSITION. Tuck the abs under more daily and stretch out the quads and hip flexor attachments to put slack in the anterior of the body so the pelvic girdle shifts back with ease it's pulling her hips down anteriorly. PURE BARRE veteran forever and yes a DO education...❤️
