This reminds me of when I joined a kickboxing class filled with women. It was great until I volunteered to wear the padded suit so everyone else could practice their kicks. A lot of aggression was painfully taken out on me that day. Women are tougher than they get credit for.

When I was in personal training bootcamp, we had to try different classes for our grade.... all the dudes were adamant that spin class was gonna be a waste of their time. Not one made it past 20mins..... it was an hour long class, lmao. The guys gave up and the women left high fiving each other. It was glorious ❤😂

Have all 4 kiddos, by yourself, for maybe 6 hours straight, make one of her dinner recipes, including doing the dishes, have it ready when she gets home, and no kids crying when she walks in the door. If you really want a challenge...include doing one load of laundry, washing and drying. Bwah hah hah!☠️😆 You two are adorable and I love you and your family to pieces.

How about trying a session on a pilates reformer? Your beginner classes might be easy but try a handful of intermediate or athletic movements or even one or two advanced movements. Or use the magic circle throughout, especially between the ankles with feet in straps. You'll feel a little jelly-like afterwards, even if you are just doing essential movements with the magic circle added into the movements.

Because you are a weak woman. 😂😂 they are men they are fine.
@kolbywilliams72346 ай бұрын
For people who are into sport science/physiology, these exercises will fatigue you for sure. One thing to note about these exercises though, is that since men are heavier, any exercise that utilizes body weight in an isometric fashion is significantly harder for them compared to your average woman. Men are more massive on average and even have more bone density on average, which is what makes some of these exercises much harder. As for whether the fatigue is worth the gains, isometrics are the least efficient for building muscle mass according to the peer reviewed literature. So you can do a full body workout with weights doing concentric and eccentric actions about 2-3 times per week, for less time, and get the same or better results as doing something like barre every other day for a whole class. As for barre in general, it’s not going to really “tone” or “lift” anything because that’s not what working a muscle actually does regardless of workout. What we call “toning” is mostly a combination of diet and genetics. This comes from decades of research on the subject. The reason many women who do barre look much better than women who do no exercise on average is because they tend to be more health conscious in other aspects of their life, especially their diets. Remove these confounders, and any workouts you do will fail to tone when not accompanied by a proper diet. TLDR, muscle definition is gained in the kitchen, not the gym.
