If I had the time, I'd do a full deep dive into who I think everyone is, but to keep the main points brief: 1. I don't think the purple monster is Twilight. It's an easy guess due to color, sure. But neither skull has the telltale horn, and the pattern on the tail is both specific and doesn't match her. We've yet to see proof that this particular infection can completely imitate parts of the body, like another skull. Implying to me, that this is two entities, twins, infected together. 2. The big one most likely lines up woth a background pony, and somone specific, but I don't have time right now to look up exactly who. The blue tendrils that it has lines up with the color of the blue unicorn. I think they're linked somehow. 3. I think all of the prowlers are Earth ponies, as I don't recall seeing one with remnants of horns or wings. And some are different colors, leading me to think they each could be linked to an Earth pony in Ponyville. 4. The crawlers are just copy-pasted, and I doubt there's three individual adult ponies with green fur and a black mane but we can try to look. 5. Im pretty sure the infevted head in the barn is a stalliion, the mane style fits. I bet a match can be found. 6. The blue glowing thing, I've heard suspicions that it may be Luna, and I've not proof yet that it's not her, but I have a theory that its none of the four alicorns at all. 7. The Sentinel is Rainbowdash, that one's easy. Tl;dr I think most of the infected match someone in ponyville.
