@Catherine Thank you for sharing your experience. I am also in a similar situation to the one you described. My interview was at the end of March, and while it was not the best or worst interview I have ever had, I did make a few mistakes. The recruiter said she would get me next week for another round, but I have not heard from her since then. I am still waiting for a response, but I have not received a rejection email yet. Any suggestions you might have would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help.

I believe in NZ, most big companies will let you wait over a month for the final result, only because that's the time period for 1st tier candidates, if some of them fail vetting, they will contact 2nd tier candidates to progress further.

Hi so this was the assessment centre but it is not the final interview. It depends on the role because I think for consulting there may be case studies. They do online testing before the interviews but I don’t think there would have been any other tests.
