PJ I live in the Bristol area and really appreciated DJ coming down to Avonmouth… so when Pure Audits set up I watched eagerly… and went through a range of emotions from horror to disgust! The company highlighted in this video have subsequently removed their phone number from their website. They don’t respond to emails… I’m absolutely appalled, so I’m so pleased to see the auditing community supporting PureAudits. A mass audit is necessary here.

Hi Pete, i am a fan of your 'audits' and also regularly watch DJ, BP, Northern, Ace, Reggie (not right in the head) Photto etc. I do not usually watch these reviews, but this one caught my eye. I did see the original as I've lately been following Pure, Seems Bristol area needs educating, it also seem the compnies in that area employ some special type of idiots!

He absolutely should have called the police on them..AND if the police had been involved they should have stood up for him and even arrested those two. Although I suspect they probably wouldn't have. They only seem keen to arrest harmless cameramen.

I had one that was very similar. Security followed me out of the estate and over the road. Eventually, after receiving a phone call, he left me to get on with it.

more like PO section 4 which is which is a criminal offence as (level 5) max 6 months imprisonment & fine section 5 is "fine only" and a PC cannot arrest you as to arrest as PO s.5 para. (4) & (5) repealed in 2006 but here it is :- Section 3 = Affray = max 3 years imprisonment as :- 2 or more persons (4) use or threaten the unlawful violence 👉🏻 "to cause fear"

I watched the original video when it was posted and I must say this was probably one of the worst interactions that I have ever seen from representatives of a company. I was so disgusted that I actually submitted the video link through via the BBC website's suggest a story page. Whether you agree with audits or not, no member of the public should ever have to endure an encounter and behaviour such as this. I did post against the original video but the post was never published for some reason. I think I personally would have reported this to the police as the video evdidence would surely work in the favour of Pure Audits and be incriminating against the employees - I'm no legal expert but just sharing my thoughts. ATB

25:00 Unlawful detainment does not mean just been kept in a locked place. It can apply through verbal commands that imply consequences of leaving. It can also apply by forcing a person to be somewhere where they didn't plan on being.

Yet DJE had one of the best I've ever seen at Bury British Sugar the guy he spoke to was perfect offered a tour explained the plant and processes you'd have loved to chat to him. Hey PJ just a thought and you're a clever chap when they suggest to film another company instead and they think filming private property is illegal could that be an inchoate offence ? The main inchoate offences are attempting to commit; encouraging or assisting (formerly inciting) crime; and conspiring to commit. I know it's not a crime to fly the drone but it would be hilarious if he said ok I'll film somewhere else gets arrested then shows the footage where he is " encouraged to film elsewhere"
