Bro as he said actually it's a very silent place, yes indeed it's a very silent place, where you can sit and meditate for a bit (of course in the day time bruh 😂 before 5 PM) if you are facing stress or anxiety. Just to answer your comment buddy, yes you can go anytime in the graveyard of religions like Christianity and Islam (mostly I know about these religions, where the dead body is placed in the ground) Infact there are people in the world who often visit graveyard to find peace by disconnecting themselves with the world and spending some alone quality time.... Yes there are people bruh who like to spend time in the cemetery ☺

FYI, sleep paralysis is a proper mechanism in body. It happens every single time you sleep, actually during deep sleep/ dreaming body keeps itself in a state where you can't control your major motor actions agar esa nahi hua to dream me agar bhag rahe ho to sachme uth ke bhagne lag jaaoge etc.. kuch logo me esa nahi ho paata aur unko neend me chalne ki bimari hoti hai.. "Sleep paralysis" tab hota hai jab aap jag chuke hote ho but aapki body ko lagta hai ki aap abhi bhi so rahe ho. Generally thode time me hi sab set ho jaata hai jaise hi body ka coordination set hota hai.

Sleep paralysis has happen to me a lot of times, specially when I try to wake up from a deep sleep, it's really terrifying, and panic like that has never happen before to me. But I have developed a way to overcome it, first relax your body will eventually wake up it's only your brain is too early, your body might not move but you can move your eye balls and pinky finger, start moving them and breath slowly and deeply your body will start to respond within few seconds.

Graveyard is a place where many people come and shed tears for their closed ones and this is the reason a lot of negetive energy accumulates there but it's the exact opposite in temples and churches . Tbh sleep paralysis does actually happen. It doesn't happen to me when i sleep at nights but it does happen to me when I sleep in the afternoons. And well, you have to sort of move your toes and fingers and force yourself up hyperventilated. Samjh sakte hai kyu darr lag sakta hai waise

Okay I was going through the comment section and read many a people's experiences, so I'll ask it here: I'm 19 and I live in New Delhi, I've had only about 3 nightmares, now, Day before yesterday or the night before waking up yesterday, I saw a nightmare (common, no issues) but the thing is it was exactly the same as one of my previous 3 nightmares. During the dream ofcourse I didn't know that I'm dreaming, but I knew exactly what's coming next (I remember the details but not sharing as it's irrelevant with the query), even when I knew when the scary things are about to happen I couldn't do a thing to avoid it. I hate to admit it but here it goes: In the dream, I covered my eyes with both my hands in order to avoid seeing that freaking thing coming, nevertheless I got the vision even with my eyes closed😂. Summary: I knew what's coming and wanted to avoid it, but I was unable to do so. Question: Although it doesn't seem to me, but now I'm curious, is it related to sleep paralysis even a bit?
@battlez67922 жыл бұрын
Are bhai change Karo apna ghar ya mammi papa ke bed mein so jaao koi tumhare peeche pada ho ya na ho par tum pehle safe holo😂😂😂,,,,,,,,,,,,, and yes sleep paralysis mein kabhi kabhi Aisa bhi hota h eyes closed hone par bhi aapko pura scene dikh raha hota h ,. Iska koi scientific explanation toh nahin h mere paas par ek theory h ki agar aap bachpan se ya kafi times se apne hi room mein h aur apne bed ke ek hi side mein straight sote h ya fir mobile bhi use karte h at anytime toh aapke mind ne aapke room ka usi perspective se model create kar liya h jo aapko wo sleep paralysis ke time pe show karta h aur baat karein uss creature ki toh shayad wo aapke childhood mein ka koi fear hoga ... Hope it helps

I've experienced this in my house..... .. we took one house for rent . there is 2rooms in our house one is exactly in front of main door another room is away from the main door.....one day my mom was sleeping in room which is away from the main door ......and whoever goes to the room in front of main door their shadow will be seen through kitchen .....that day I was in kitchen I saw a shadow moving to that room and I thought it's Amma ...and went to that room to ask something but the there was no Amma then I went to another room where she was sleeping ....and asked her did she come to that room just now .......and she told .....no ....🙄 I was shocked and asked since what time u r in this room without coming out ....and she told 1 hour🥺....it was freaky night omg....I didn't get sleep that day ........and even told this to my mom she didn't believe.....🥺 Another day after so many months I felt the same presence ........my mom told she's going to marriage ...I was Soo busy watching TV so I didn't react ....after 5 mins some person came and stood 3to 4 steps next to me and was watching TV I thought it's Amma because she won't watch TV much but only if there any good scene she'll stand and take a look.....after 5-10 mins I turned to say something to my mom suddenly there was no person I donno whether it's my imagination but I felt the presence and I searched for mom she was not there I took my phone and called her ,she told that she is in marriage function 😳...... In the same house .....I was alone and studying...I heard a small sound from the hall I went and saw...... the big pillow had fell down from sofa and was still moving a lill bit it was like someone took that pillow on purpose and threw that on floor .....this was creepy.. I was Soo scared and even told it to my parents but they didn't listen because they haven't experienced this it seems in this house. Unfortunately we're still in the same house and now too alone but fine we r here since 5 year's living with...ghost.... I told this stories to many ppl nobody believed me thinking that it's funny story🙄
