Consider "swiss-cheese-ing" the torque arm. It looks like it could use some lightening. Also, would like to see how you blended the proud bosses. Filing or ball mill? Of course I've never handmade a motorcycle, so feel free to disregard the suggestion.

There's just something so satisfying about sharp tools cutting quality metal being controlled by someone who has both these qualities👍

It's fun to watch Paul hand-deleting aluminum by twisting the dials on the mill. It's very Etch-A-Sketchy.

Thanks, Paul and Mitch. Love getting a glimpse into the shop. Almost like we've been given a cheat code in a video game :)

Hi Paul, love the motorcycle videos, keep them coming! Possibly an idea on a bicycle video for you. Since the weather has changed, any chance you would make a video on fabricating fenders for an urban commuter hybrid bike, like the cool old school fenders that have character and creativity? I need to make some for my bike and would love to watch your ideas on design and fabrication. Thanks Colin

I wish I could have him make frames and I'd add high power electric motors and batteries then sell them as Little Red Aermacch-Es.... That would be awesome. 😁👍❤️

Paul, awesome videos and projects as always! As relates to a vented gas cap for a gravity fed carb bike.. How do you accomplish this? tiny pin hole? fancy 1-way valves? some kind of serrated gasket?

I was wondering why you did not locate the long arm on the upper brake cam and have a shorter brake cable. By doing that, you would have the rod between the brake cams under tension instead of compression, like the way Yamaha did it. I always enjoy watching you design new parts.

Instead of a spacer can't you put a very slight dog leg in the torque arm, that way you won't have a spacer that you could lose at some point in the future!

Now add speedholes! But: If you have gone this far, why didn't you put on a Lockheed disc brake from the same period?
