Mobs like chickens have a tendency to choose a specific direction (south I think) over others. Tango found this out when all the Ravagers in Decked Out kept ending up in one corner despite wandering randomly. I think that direction is Keralis's pressure plate.

I just finished watching DocM's video and he talks about the strange tendency for passive mobs to all gather in one corner. He demonstrates by showing all the fish in his diamond mine lake. Also my Mooshrooms are always jammed up at the North side of the field. South side is completely vacant. If the tendency is limited to N/S then Bdub's can compensate by simply placing the contraption to face E/W. The best way to compensate for this and the center inequality would be for all the chickens to be in independent chambers.

Hey bdubs to improve your perfect redstone you need to add a hopper under keralis' chest leading into a chest for gem. The gem hopper should be on a circuit that activates every 4th deposit into keralis' chest. That might be a good redstone quiz for tango or etho. 😂

Regarding the diamond distribution, the middle pressure plate will be pressed the least due to the movement lengths of the chickens and the fact that the ends have stopping power that the middle does not. But it makes sense for the system creator to have control over advantage/disadvantage like that. What happens on episode 65? Can only hold 64 clocks in a hand.

I don't understand. Wouldn't the middle one be presses the most? Because every chicken going from one corner the the other would have to path over it. And if they path from mid to corner they dont go over the other corner. Also they don't have stopping power cause chickens don't try to path outside the 3x1. Please elaborate not sure if I'm misunderstanding things

This is because the chickens on the ends can only pathfind in one direction, whereas the chicken in the middle can pathfind in two directions. So the chicken in the middle will move more frequently. Disclaimer I'm not 100% sure this is how the game's pathfinding works but I would assume so.

Big Eyes have almost everything they need to sell redstone components. Tango's got the iron for hoppers covered, Keralis has the villagers for redstone and bows for dispensers, you've got the cobble generator, and slime for sticky pistons is basically free at Cub's casino. But you need quartz for observers and comparators. Fix that and you can move a ton of valuable merchandise in addition to profiting off your labor.

Chicken Randomizer Concerns 1. Currently design leaves the center with lower odds. 2. Mobs do not wander entirely random. There is a strange tendency for Mobs to clump in one direction or corner. See DocM's current video for proof. Solution: Place each chicken in separate matching pods, then all chances are completely equalized. Hope this helps. :) At first I didn't pay Bdubs much attention when it came to redstone but he has impressed me lately and has my full attention now. Always love the videos. :)

Tango will get much more diamonds than others. The preesure plate in the middle has the biggest space on which it is active. Preesure plates should be separated one block from each other and outer plates should have one block free on each side. This should minimalise this inequality but still won't be perfect (Free block - Plate - Free block - Plate - Free block - Plate - Free block) Edit: Or give each dropper one plate, one free space and one chicken. This should be perfect solution

@12:40 not to burst your bubble bdubs but that randomizer is not statistically equal, the middle one will be activated more (or blocked) then the outer ones, if you want it equal you need to make it a T shape with a blank spot in the centre so all plates have equal statistical chance
