I found the point you made about some advanced beings choosing to stay in the third dimension to help others move into the higher states. I've been told many times that's my purpose in this life and as I move into higher states and heal the generational trauma, I'm noticing that the people that are meant to come into my life flow in and others cannot physically even see me anymore. I experienced Lemuria in a meditation, about a year ago. I was greeted by a group of Lemurian friends/family who remembered me as though it was yesterday; welcomed me back home, and embraced me with the deepest yet brightest love I've ever experienced. The colours were so bright, the surroundings so beautiful that it made me very over-emotional... I can see how it couldn't have continued as the frequency here dropped; it's so very different.

"Already healed". 12:40 I used to get little typed out notes put into my mailbox, sender unknown, with plainly channelled messages; and quite a few of them mentioned the Photon Belt. This was in 1989. Been waiting a long time. Since then, I'd throw up the question of "when?" to Upstairs, and the answer was always "Look for a change in the quality of light". Heather: I have never heard anyone like you; me being raised a Christian & studied theology. I've been observing signs of ascension or higher consciousness on a collective level which is not easy to do because it isn't easy to be in a place to notice it, but I would like to share one that occurred recently. I'm in a new neighborhood and all of us are new to the area. We've been having fun creating a morning bike group, meeting at the club house for game nights and parties, and recently decided to start a book club. At the first meeting, where we were deciding which book to read, we shared recommendations and reading experiences that moved us. At one point, someone said "I used to be able to read books with dark themes but I can't do that anymore" and to a person, we all agreed. We also brought up TV and movie and everyone said they can't watch dark themes of any kind. We named books and movies that we used to be able to watch - and we're talking top best-sellers - and kinds of marveled at how we wouldn't go to those movies or watch those shows today. None of these neighbors are in this spiritual space, aware of the ascension path we are all on. So what would explain this collective movement away from dark books, movies & TV? Could it be one of those silver linings from the pandemic and all the crises that have occurred on the Earth since then? Could it be a side effect of the natural process of ascending into the Aquarian Age? Or is there a collective healing of past trauma already occurring as part of the ascension process? I for one know my spirit guides are using my dreamtime to accelerate my own healing process. I'm not the only one healing this way so what's the effect of each of our singular healing on the collective healing? Everything Heather talks about points to the idea that collective healing is happening and we are all contributing to it by healing our own trauma. That's what resonated with me at this book club experience. I think we are moving away from the addiction to fear that we were all programmed into, and moving toward a more aware choice point of what we allow into our reality.

Blessed Be dearest Heather, that was beautiful. And again as you spoke, I could see the patterns emerging more clearly than ever that have been present for most of my life. Patterns that I didn't realise that were trauma based. Thank you Heather for explaining the energy of the Photon Belt. I find it an incredible manifestation of excelleration for sure, but the whole of the Solar System being affected is tremendous understanding for me. I have been feeling that confusion and even dipping into depression, but then grounding to understanding that this darkness is being felt because of so many people suffering and not even knowing how to heal. Pluto Capricorn is being opposed by Mars in Cancer once (emotional distress of athority abuse).... it will oppose again twice as Pluto enters Aquarius from 0 degrees of Leo (the ego, heart with the higher form of Uranus in truth). That shows the purpose of this time of shifting at the same time of the Sheath of the rays from the Photon Belt. Prayer for massive healing... Total Gratitude.

Yes, A book about this yuga shift that was far ahead of its time (and yet completely on time) is The Holy Science by Swami Sri Yukteshwar. In this incredible little book he explains the shift we are in and what is ahead. We have recently exited the Kali yuga and are in the ascending Dwapara Yuga. Interesting to note that this book was written in the late 1800's. I cannot recommend it enough for a concise and clear explanation of yugas and our era.. Yukteshwar was the guru of Paramhansa Yogananda, the book is available from Sefl-Realization Fellowship.
