It's easy to see what bin has space or is full by using a sticky note with the word' "Full" if the bin is full. Once there's space in that bin, I take off the sticky note and put it on the side or top of the bin.

Hello, Thank you for your video. I love your storage system. I do have a question. I am thinking about adding a spreadsheet to my system. I tend to source about 30 to 60 items in one trip. Most of my items do sell quickly. When I enter my item into Poshmark or Ebay - I add the COG in the listing. This give me an idea what I paid for the item. What is your propose of your spreadsheet. I'm trying to understand your system. Poshmark does give you an (sales calculation for a given month) I'm looking to add a new system into my inventory for 2022. Thank you for your awesome Video.
