my reset routine to get my life back together ♡ peaceful & productive days

In today's video, I give myself the time to finally be able to recover after a semester consisting of a lot of stress and burnout. I never gave myself the time to properly nourish my body the way it needed throughout the semester. That is why for the next weeks to come, I will be putting myself first (mentally & physically).

Yesssss I needed this. I'm writing exams and I should probably start studying for my business exam tomorrow and stop procrastinating, but this just made me stop and fricking *BREATHE* for once. I love ur usual 5am grinding videos but this hit diff. I stay in South Africa and it's June now which means June exams and I literally started writing on the 26th of May and we finish writing on the 23 of June. Almost a month. High-school is so tiring especially grade 11 and u made me realize that sometimes u just need to chill on the floor and relax.
