reset routine after finals | deep cleaning, working out and self-care

time for a (post-final season) reset routine! 🌱 after spending so much of my time and energy on college work, it was time to recharge and start fresh. in this video, I do some deep cleaning, work out, practice some self-care and do things that I love. hope you enjoy it!!

hello friends, how have you all been?
personally, it's been strange adjusting to all this extra time I have now that finals are over. somehow I am still quite busy (??) and I'm starting to believe I am the one who is putting all this stress and worry on my shoulders and not college lol. anyhow, I have been in a weird mindset lately, and I really just wanted to make a nice, wholesome video (for you and me both) to recharge and reset. I have especially been spending a lot of time on social media which hasn't been ideal for my mental health I think. on the one hand, I see a lot of "mindless" content that's just meant to entertain but I've also seen a lot of highly motivational videos that are meant to inspire yet that, in excess, just feel toxic to me. I feel like seeing too much of this health/wellness-related content has simply made me feel worse about myself rather than inspire me to work on myself. do you think this too? the reason I mention this is because I try to keep my content realistic and authentic so I hope it comes across that way. yes, I can be really productive at times, but these videos are also just a couple of minutes from my week that have been curated and edited to look aesthetic and pretty. I hope all this rambling makes sense haha. well, that being said, I hope you enjoy this video as I enjoyed making it. wishing you all a lovely rest of your day/night wherever you are, xx

yes it is hehe! I actually went to croatia with my family a couple of summers ago and it was such a beautiful trip, I loved it. since then, I’ve started collecting patches from the different countries I visit and stitching them on my backpack :)
