It was clear that it was intentional. He has proven time and time again that he only cares about making content and getting engagement. These other poketubers need to be careful because defending him makes me wonder about their intentions. The last thing the actual Pokémon community needs is more people intentionally spreading misinformation for views and likes. When you have as many followers as that guy, people will automatically just believe what you say. He is clearly willing to take advantage of that. When doing an experiment, which ya did GVPR, how important it is, to make sure everything is correct while doing the experiment. You want accurate results l, no matter what your hypothesis is. I am personally holding Great Value PokeRev to a higher standard compared to the other PokeTubers because he has a very bad track record as a PokeTuber and is supposedly on a redemption arc. Great Value PokeRev mislabelling the heavy packs is definitely on purpose and i agree with the reasons that u have mentioned. There are so many opportunities to trace back his steps that its impossible for him to mess it up by accident. Labelling them as R on a 50-50 basis is a conscious decision, not an accidental mistake.

We can give him the benefit of the doubt because weighing 36 booster packs is a lot of work, I'm sure he could have missed a few by accident, who wouldn't /s. So much for a "scientific experiment" that calls for randomly labeling packs he "forgot" which side were from, then accidently labeling them in a way that proves what you are trying to prove. Especially when he could've just gone back and watched his own recording to properly label those packs. What else can you even ask to someone that does this? I agree with you possum, he edits his videos or has someone edit before he posts I’m sure and you would think (maybe not) he would go over his content thoroughly before putting that out to the +50K people in the community who follow and take his advice as sound…hell even put a side note in there a blurb or something saying what he was doing with the missed packs….I dunno, I don’t think Ali is a bad person by any stretch, maybe just unaware of things (again maybe he is fully aware), but this kinda stuff eventually catches up, if it hasn’t already… Just my two cents in this whole situation going on
