Great video! Your black trunk ring is clearly way more chipped than mine… but in the end i really like how your ring look. Even if this is intentional or not, anything modified or destroyed through time will always fit Rick Owens universe. I recently got the black dogtag necklace and i love it. Will see how the paint will evolve through time.

Do you think sweat will discolor the chain? I recently purchased the SS24 Sarcophagus Charm necklace on sale because the price was so good and they're interesting pieces

@@RickOwens-rr7rv nice! Love the sarcophagus charm. I haven’t noticed any discoloring on my trunk necklace’s silver chain yet. If you’re concerned about it, I’d suggest wiping the necklace clean after each use so the sweat won’t stay on it. Maybe keep it in a dust bag as well.

@b3naqua I've been keeping it in the original packaging so far. I know there's care instructions in the box, how often do you find yourself washing the piece if you do? Do you submerge it in the solutions or use the solutions on a cloth to wipe. Love the piece myself too!

Oh dang does it still look good w the yellowing? Maybe that’s part of the vulnerability of bronze vs other metals which don’t tarnish or oxidize as easily 🧐

Very nice jewelry, but regarding the ring, I wonder if the creator saw his ring as more of an Item that gets swapped out on a regular basis with other rings, etc. You may be too hardcore for the initial idea of the ring. 💎❤

lol you're probably right 😭 I love the ring so much that I can't help but wear it every day haha, but yeah that will def put a lot of strain on it. The cool thing is eventually all the black will probably rub off and the beautiful bronze underneath will be unleashed 😈
