Back in the day “before Ryan fired Daryl” Ryan always said that we were worried that Daryl was going to destroy his company and stuff but no Daryl just reminded us how some people relate to him and some of us just want to work in peace and go home in time and some people are just like Daryl that don’t care about the rest of us and do what ever they want to do I’m a asphalt construction worker and Daryl reminds me of a guy that took a lot of time taking to the dump and throw away old asphalt and we would go home like at 6:00 pm and everybody didn’t like it so for me Daryl reminds me of bad times with lazy people

It’s really great to see perfection. My girlfriend has a large stamped walkway and driveway, and it’s a random stone pattern (not my favorite) and was obviously not done by someone who knew what they were doing. With the exception of areas that are under cover, the entire surface has become exposed aggregate. I don’t think it was ever sealed properly. Victory is the gold standard.

I fix cars for a living and when the owners want to help fix their car to reduce the bill on labor, if they are wearing flip flops, i like "accidentally" dropping hammers and big wrenches close to their feet and watch em dance. SOMEtimes theyll say, maybe i shouldve worn at least shoes or work boots like ur wearing. No matter what u tell Darryl, his response is always, yeah right, or, no im not, or some type of denial in some form or another. Seems like hes in it to kinda float thru the day. Almost feels like work is time away from relaxing in swim gear at home. U have a big heart, ryan. And mike seems to be a good team addition. Hes good talkin, doesnt complain, dependable, half the time it takes to get gravel, that saves the company time and money. Mikes not there to f around. And bugs, u can see hes "home" now back in the concrete game where he likes to be. Get em, bugs!
