We’ve got a really similar set up. I’ve got an RM3 fortis with the mini feet and bench prop. Just got the Pritchett pad and freaking love it. Trying out the velocidor as well.

Awesome and love the setup. The Pritchett pad is great and use it quite a bit. My favorite piece though are the mono lifts v2

oh this is a nice... kinda minimal setup.... very cool thanks for sharing

Thanks for the comment. I like it for sure and can get away with a minimal-ish setup as you said even though I have the space. Have a good day.

@@EricB03 The Prichette Pad + Landmine row is such a perfect combination.... not sure if you looked into the BACK WIDOW attachment.... seems like it'd be a great addition to your setup

Tbank you and very functional for me. Use everything that is on the rack almost every workout. Take care and thanks for commenting.

Nice setup! I have the RM5 setup like Brandon. The extension is super nice for storage and rack stability but, like yours, not 100% necessary.

Agree it would be nice to have the extra space in back to get a few things out of the way. I am not sure if that is worth the $1K to add but happy so far with the setup. Thanks for watching and happy lifting.

Very well thought out setup. Looks great! I’ve been really thinking about the Pritchett pad ever since they announced it. Do you mainly use it with the landmine or with other movements?
@EricB03 Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the kind words and a few small changes since posting this but basically the same. Regarding Pritchett I am loving it. Use it for landmine rows of course, spider curls with curl and dbs, delt raises, bicep exercises, tricep kick backs, to name a few. So in short it is much more useful than I anticipated.

I have a very similar setup to yours but a Monster Lite version. I like the aesthetic of yours with the white rack and the name plate. I started out with the RML-390F with 30” depth but I was having problems with plates hitting against stored items as well so I bought 4x43” cross members and had some feet plates made to be able to bolt the rack down. I have the strap safety’s and the mono lift as well. To keep the noise down, I like to set the straps to a low setting for pendlay rows or deadlifts where the plates hover a few mm off the floor to stop the crashing. I still have the 30” crossmember pair from the original rack setup, I plan to buy a couple of uprights and extend to completely move all storage from the working uprights. After that, I have 3 more intended purchases. The bells of steel lat pulldown and low row The bells of steel sliding jammer arms The dialled motion Ibex After that, in 99% sure I’ll find other things to buy but that’s the current wish list!

Sounds amazing and I love my setup. Don’t think I would want anything else outside of leg extension/curl. I did an updated video on 12/31 with a few extras I got since doing that video. Thank for the comment and happy lifting Just in case the link so to the video and no worries if you don’t watch. Thanks I’ll check out the updated video! One thing I’d recommend looking into, I replaced my Matador with the Mutant Metals ultimate dip attachment a few years ago. Rogue now have that design and have put their own spin on it with the Velocidor. Choosing the right width for your dips is great, but the real benefit is the knurling. Being locked in on the dips has really been great for my shoulder health

@@stevenkingsley7781 yeah that looks sweet and definitely nice. Would be a great switch but honestly love the matador. If I had any issues with it would probably get it

@@EricB03 I’m a big guy (290 or so) and I don’t feel like the Matador lets me set my grip, once my hands start to turn on the handles it’s a losing battle. Oh, didn’t see a curl bar in your lineup, any plans!? Barbell wise I’m on an Ohio, Deadlift, Swiss, Safety Squat, Kadillac and Curl bars

@@stevenkingsley7781 had rackable and sold it after getting the FTX. Did an initial impressions on Rogue rackable I had and then also a video on why it went bye bye. Loved it mostly but after getting FTX there was really no need for me to keep it.
