First of all, this is your place. If YOU are happy with the theme and the final result, that is all that matters. Interior decorating is about you and it reflects you and your interests. It is suppose to make you feel happy, at peace and at home in your sanctuary from the chaos from the outside world. My apartment - my living room is a museum, my bedroom is an adult version of a "Hogwarts Common Room" and my kitchen is what I call country memorabilia. Each room reflects my interests and hobbies and I love it. Honey, do YOU! Don't worry what others think. I happen to love what you have done. It is not my style, and it isn't meant to because these are your interests. You have done a great job.The thing about putting a lot into a room as to do with color and balance. Things need to look like the go together, tell a story and are placed in a way not to look like a jumbled mess. You accomplished that. Everything is balanced. Again I love what you have done!

I decorate my house much like you do and style is more maximalist and I love it. I'm autistic and I'm also always moving my things around. I use an ostrich feather duster works really great for getting everything up in the air and then I can get it all up before. I love this one because it's all made from fallen feathers. My friend sends me one whenever I need it.

I also had a short minimalist phase where I tried to have my home looking like a hotel, but it was very sterile and without much personality. I guess the best is to find a balance, but I just accepted that I am a person that goes into the extremes :D

Hi Dori, Would love an updated crystal tour! Loved your original crystal videos....inspired me to get some Orange calcites, from one of the scenes 🧡🧡. I still think of you every time I pick up malachite or lapis... try as I might, they don’t really resonate with me and I remember you saying something similar

Coming soon! 💗 Yes Malachite and Lapis are not among the stones that I use often - they are so royal in a way... I don't even know how to explain it :D Like they are certainly not a stone for every day use (at least for me)

Oh mine does the same 😅 She goes through my crystals all the time. The only thing I do is - I keep away everything that is too tiny or fragile. But to be honest, I love watching her play with the items in my room - even if I have to clean after her mess every time. 😅❤ By letting her "play" with my stuff, I hope she will develop curiosity towards them ❤
