My routine staying warm at home

This time I introduced the body warming habits that you can do at home, however It also feels good to go out during the day and feel the sun on your body ☀️

I had a leg surgery the other day.
I was told I could spend as usual by doctor.
The surgery itself finished within 20mins,
so I though I should had gone more earlier 😅
I'm addicted to eating a hot pot these days.
You don't have to have all the spices when you make it.
It will be a cold season again.
