Hi everyone! I am Jenny, and I spent most of my life in iron discipline, I was involved in everything, worked and studied the whole time, put very ambitious goals. And only now, at the age of 25, when I have become quite successful, I can say that these were my mistakes. Eventually, many of them led me to burnout and emotional instability! First of all, our internal state, health and well-being are more important than meeting all deadlines, working 24/7 or always trying to be useful to people. And now my goals I call desires and I see how the universe helps me achieving them.
