i actually dont think it is "netflix" that has learned from their mistakes. I just think the showrunners/directors/writers for the live action are such die hard one piece fans that they poured their heart into it. It feels like most of the live action netflix remakes are made by people who never heard of the anime/manga before getting the job. One Piece is so popular that it is easier to find skilled talented people who are also fans.

I loved live action like most, but from that to saying that they learned from their mistakes there is a world of difference, there was simply enormous pressure about it, we are talking about one of the greatest jewels in the crown of anime, if you read the interviews The creative part of Netflix had quite a few disagreements with Eiichiro Oda because he rejected many of their ideas, with the author himself in charge Netflix did not have much room to make mistakes, I assure you it will make them with other animes, but still You can really see the love they gave to the final product.

This song is phenomenal! It fits Nami so well! I can picture her sailing across a dark sea at night, the waves picking up, her sailing towards and through a storm. They perfectly managed to capture and portray Nami's soft and vulnerable side while showing how strong and resilient she is at the same time! Her bravery and fear shimmer through in equal parts, her competence and helplessness all intertwined in a mix of emotions that flow like waves... it's perfect! Thank you Sonya Belousova, Giona Ostinelli and Aurora! This is beautiful! They must have read the manga or watched the show to capture Nami's character this well - and if they did it without watching and reading? Hat's off!

For $18M per episode… you guys punched above your weight! The production, character development, music, actors and acting (the campiness is perfect), costume, set, writing, are near flawless. I feel like Nami will be, as they mentioned, the emotional center of the first season of the OPLA show. While yes, the first season will focus and gaining the first Straw Hats, she will be the main plot, and hopefully Emily Rudd can and will portray the hurt Nami is going through on a deep level and that will make this song even more impactful. The song is a cry for help as she is barely surviving, and I believe it will make us connect with Nami on a deeper level than ever before.

I like to imagine all of the crew, cruising the seas with huge storms ahead of them while listening to this. The Merry breaking waves and dodging lightnings, but still navigating over the water as a beast. Nami giving orders, Zoro just casually taking a nap, Usopp freaking out... The song really does give me pirate like vibes.

Wow. This song is hype AF. Haunting vocals by Aurora plus punchy metal chords by the orchestra is very powerful. There’s a tiny hint of electric guitar whispered in the background too. I listened to this song when it got released on here. The first listen (and still) was magical. The song, the instruments, the lyrics, Aurora's voice and aura, it's just so.. Beautiful, heart wrenching. It gave me so much hope for what the Live Action was gonna be like, and when I watched this first season I was so happy with what the show's crew managed to make. It's so entertaining, respectful to the source material while also being creative on some parts, which I loved. So thank you, everyone, for this show. And also thank you Aurora for this incredible song.
