Doctor i know my question is not according to what you have uploaded today but can you please tell me if I give USMLE after my MS in gynecology, will I be recognized as a gynecologist in USA, to be honest I really want to be Gyananocologist in future and I have not started my MBBS also,this maybe a bit out of blue but I really want to know. Please do respond

This is such an informative video.. game changer Sign me up if it saves time and reaps more. Also you do cross training to save time meanwhile i have to wait for minutes to get to the machine I want to use in la fitness which is always busy. :D I am fascinated by BFR is it okay if i do it without saga compressions ?

Also you said 45 reps and next 3 sets of 15 total 75 reps. Did you mean to say 100 reps in total ?

I would advice you to take your USMLEs first, Gain USCE and apply for the match as early as possible. I'm a fellow FMG from Ukraine who made the mistake of wanting to do Internship in India, to gain "Clinical experience" before applying for US. It's just not worth coming back to India if you wish pursue a US Residency.

Sir, if you can, can you please make a video on how to pursue DM and Super-specialisation in USA after residency in US. It’d be really very helpful as there is no guide whatsoever about pursuing DM in USA on KZbin or on Google as well. We’ll be highly obliged to you!

just rest, as workouts cause your muscles to have micro tears, you need the rest of the 4 days to recover. Also sleep at least 7 hours per day as sleep is when your body rebuilds itself due to growth hormone peaks

See all your facts are right but 40 mins a week is not gonna work evidence shows 40 mins a day for atleast 3-4 days a week this will really give yoy result with appropriate diet without exhaustion and I don’t think 40 mins a day is too much

09:50 mark, Look up double progression and dynmaic double progression. These are ways to standardize your progression and auto-regulate your training. Otherwise, good info about weight training, keep it up.
