My Scream Factory 4K UHD Collection to date.

This is all my Scream Factory 4K edition's that I have so far. There's only 19 but to be honest I thought I only had about 10 😳 I have a lot more Scream Factory Blu Ray edition's but I'll save those for another video because there's a fair few. Hope you enjoy the vid 🙂

Hi Nigel, Those Halloween editions with those vinyl records are superb with the foil covers 😎👍, I’ve not seen “Darkman” in years but remember it was a decent watch, I’d go with that in “Creepshow” being the best anthology movie, I also like the sequel. “Piranha”a movie I’ve not owned but one that I did enjoy back in the day, totally agree the U.S cover of “The Burning” does look a bit soppy, I also had to get that 4K release of “My bloody Valentine” the uncut version far better for me 😎. I saw Halloween 3 and A Nightmare on Elm Street on the same night (Halloween 1988) when I was 8 and I think I cried for a bloody week, I was so scared! I'd only ever watch Halloween 6 for my fix of Paul Rudd! Haha. Busta Clitoris! 😂😂😂😂😂 I think Darkman is my favourite Sam Raimi films outside of the Evil Dead franchise. I love Creepshow. Father's Day is my favourite segment. I hope to get the first 3 Return of the Living Dead films. I saw Carrie in year 7 and it absolutely terrified me! I think it's more sad than scary now. The Burning is such a belter of a film! Tom Savini and Rick Wakeman joining forces. My favourite lesser mentioned Wes Craven films are Shocker and Vampire in Brooklyn. I'm so glad you're feeling better. You're a good 'un and I love ya!

Yeah Father's Day is my favourite Creepshow segment, it terrified me when I first seen it. Awww Carrie, what a film! John Travolta and Sissy Spacek are absolutely phenomenal in that film. It's probably my favourite Brian De Palma film, alongside Dressed To Kill

You should have a look on eBay ya know, my mate just got John Carpenter's Halloween on 4K - the Scream Factory one in the hard slip case but NOT the one with the black outer box and 7" single- on Vinted for £15. I'm sure they're all still available so it's worth looking about.

@@rockgod2004 I find it funny watching a pre-Star Wars and pre-Taken Liam Neeson in early '90s action mode. Nice to see several Sam Raimi regulars in Darkman, too although the lovely Jenny Agutter's part is more or less an extended cameo. I believe there were two DTV Darkman follow-ups featuring Arnold (Hard Target and The Mummy) Vosloo in the title role. I think i've seen the first sequel and recall the film's final reel may have ripped-off the ending of Steve Martin comedy, Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid.🤔 Sporadic U.K. label Mediumrare released all three Darkman entries in one collection on Blu-Ray over here a good few years ago but i'll stick with the original. Just don't ever call Darkman a 'freak' if you want your fingers to stay in working order.😱😉

The Funhouse is very underrated. I love that film. The Burning is one of my favourite slasher films of all time. For me it’s better than the original Friday The 13th😬🤣 Creepshow and Return Of The Living Dead are amazing as well. The People Under The Stairs is just great. That was a great watchalong, but a very sad one, because of Dave’s passing.😢 great video Nigel. Fantastic films there my friend.❤️👍

I love all the Halloween movies. it just urks me. I don't have the cardboard slip for the first one. I still have quite a few to upgrade to 4Ks. I just wish some of these 4K movies got special treatment with packaging instead just being thrown into a cheap piece of plastic, like My Bloody Valentine, with at least a hard cardboard slip with a poster inside it.

Great collection of Scream Factory 4Ks there mate, Those Halloween films with the record look great, shame they didn't carry it on, i should be getting my hands on Return of the living dead soon, can't wait, Is the 4K to People under the stairs region locked, sure i heard people say it was , i only have a region free Blu-ray player so im screwed lol, Will you be doing your Blu-rays or has that already been done. I think it partly came down to rights and partly so many people moaning they didn't want Halloween Resurrection etc. The Return Of The Living Dead is absolutely stunning, you're gonna love it. Yes - to my utter disbelief, The People Under The Stairs IS region A locked - which is pretty disgusting considering ALL 4K disc's are supposed to be region free. Scream Factory said it was done by accident 🤦 and apologised but point blank refused to do a disc replacement program. So I call bullshit - it was no accident. No I haven't done a video on my Scream Factory Blu Rays yet but I'm definitely going to be doing one soon 🙂 I HAVE done one of my Scream Factory Blu Ray box sets though. Hey Nige, you're looking a bit more spritey. Glad you're feeling better. The orange and black vinyls are fantastic. Halloween 3 is my favorite, I can't get enough of that movie. Your Halloween collection is tops, no doubt you will be watching a few of these over Halloween. Any chance you can organize a watch along with one of the Halloweens like you did with People Under the Stairs, that was a great watch. I need to rewatch Darkman, I don't remember too much about it. I watched ROTLD a couple of weeks ago but it was only on blu-ray but I still loved it. The Burning is really good on blu=ray so I can only imagine how good it is on 4K. Some great 4 Scay movies there Nige.

Another 3 that blew me away picture quality wise are The Return Of The Living Dead (another absolutely stunning transfer) , Carrie and The Funhouse. The colours in The Funhouse - Wow!

@@86compgeek Oh WOW thank you so much mate. I do occasionally watch TV shows but it's mainly films. The TV shows I usually watch nowadays are on physical media. The next one I really want is Wednesday - what a series that is! The Creepshow TV series is great as well. I've got a few older one's as well like Man About The House, George And Mildred, Shoestring, The Sweeney, Hammer House Of Horror, Tales From The Crypt, Rizzoli And Isles which is a great cop show set in Boston. I've got a lot more as well - more than I realised actually lol

Mine are individually packaged seasons rather one package for the complete series. I also upgraded to the Blu-Ray set. I'll always have a soft spot for that show lol.
