Because video start few seconds before and that can look like wall hack. Sometimes is hard judging it. And u can mark video like unsure only 3 times in one day. But some investigators are in this program only for titles and they judging videos without watching.

This will be long, TL;DR you won't get banned 11:19 As someone who've done these video reviews thousands of time. Don't worry about this, 85% no violation (with progress already 88%). Also, I believe that even if you have more [violation found] than the [no violation], you'll not immediately get banned, the pubg team will also check these replays. As for why those 15% chose [violation found], it's most likely either they are new investigators or there are some moments where it looks sus. There's a rule in the investigation about innocent until proven guilty so everyone will always choose [no violation] until they saw few clips that looked suspicious, if they saw nothing suspicious then they will choose [no violation]. Anyway, choosing the wrong option will reduce our accuracy rate, which affects the amount of video we can review, resulting in less exp obtained to get the investigation reward. So don't worry, we won't choose willy-nilly. Not to mention, most cheaters rarely have expensive skins like upgradable weapons
