As a german, the cow sign was a dead giveaway for me that it had to be switzerland or austria. Germany doesn't really have mountains like this, only in bavaria but "Almrind" is a type pf cow usually found in austria or switzerland. No, he guessed it right eventually, in fact the round ends earlier than the time limit. If you just don't do anything you're out I think. The differences with the following rounds is that you don't need to be fast because there's place for everyone, while in the other rounds you risk being eliminated just because someone was faster

One simple difference between Lithuanian and Latvian for foreigners: Lithuanian is more likely to have s in the end but Latvians usually don't have vowels before it. Aaand Lithuanian Street View is not updated, from 2011/12, so if you feel like everything is older, it is probably Lithuania.
