My Second Warranty Claim | Back Seat Issue | Changan Pakistan | 2023

In this Vlog, I will update you about My Second Warranty of my Changan Alsvin Lumiere. You might be wondering that what is so special about it, right? Don't worry at all because the reason to make this vlog is very much simple and i.e. many from my Changan Family are curious about the the procedure which I followed for the Warranty Claim from Changan Pakistan.
Actually, I was going through a Back Seat Issue for some time now and for that good reason, I put a Warranty Claim to Changan Pakistan & I'm so happy that they acknowledged that, made things easier for me and provided me with a Beand New Back Seat. The only thing which I did not like was the time period which they took i.e. 2 months and I think that was the most frustrating part. I think that we are in the year 2023 and for that reason, things should speed up.

I had warranty claim done on my rear shock replacement after 10K mileage. Seems they have good warranty claim system.

Exactly. The only thing the should work on is the time frame i.e. taking 2 months for just a rear seat, it's too kuch. Baki sab theek hai 🙂 What was your issue with the suspension?

To be honest bro, it all ends up as personal choice. If you ask me, I'll always go for Changan because of; a. Economical. b. Build Quality. c. Maximum Features.

I am confused regarding buying Changan Alsvin 2021. Very confuswd regarding hearing about DCT issue, resale issues. What you suggest

To be honest, there is no issue with the DCT transmission. You'll need few days to drive and it will be good to go. I had three cars with me and all had different transmissions i.e. Honda BRv comes with CVT, Changan Alsvin comes with DCT & Suzuki Alto comes with AGS and I did not face any issue what so ever. Alhamdulillah ☺️

Talking about resale, I bought my Changan Alsvin Lumiere back in November 2021 for 2.7 million. I drove it for around 32000 km and sold it for 3.7 million 2 months back.

Sir iska transmission oil 50k km py bilkul farigh ho jata ha, one of my relatives friend told that the cost of transmission oil is around 72k with labour charges at dealership. Then they managed to got oil from local dealer and changes from service center. Cost is around 52k. This is serious concern because other companies don't charge this much amount. Same video is uploaded to youtube channel one of alsvin owner.

I checked from them regarding when to change the transmission oil & they told me that after 60k Kms. Regarding the price, I'll update you tomorrow iA. (Including everything). The other thing which you can do is that buy the Oil from them but get that changed locally to avoid labour charges.

I also get transmission oil from local market that cost 39k and labour charges was 2k
