YEA BUDDY i been there done that cooking while sitting on a stool because I broke my back during a horrific accident... Its all fun and games till you break your back and learn real quick how helpless and fragile you are as a human. Took me 6 years to do it but proper diet and excercise got me right as rain again! Im pretty much normal again like I was during my athlete days and its all thanks to people like Ronnie that inspired me decades ago and I learned how to do my body right. Motivation is the key! Gotta move to live you dont move you die.

1:30 what’s the point of washing your meat? I’ve seen an interview of asking chefs if they wash their meat and it’s 50/50. But in Asia almost none of us would wash our meat . Bacteria will be be left on the surface since it’s not boiled in the water, so the only reason I could think of is wash out the dust left on the meat,while there is barely nothing on it though
