Absolutely stunning and your painting abilities are professional ,but I am having issues with the AI aspect. I am an artist and I struggle with the thought of using AI. I keep thinking it's cheating, it's copying. Can you please tell me your thoughts on the use of A.I. So I can feel differently because I would really like to use it in my own art without feeling guilty. Thanks

You can definitely make beautiful artwork from any kind of references, you don´t have to use AI. I personally never use it for ethical reasons, I first have a concept in mind and then I just find inspiration on Pinterest or websites providing royalty free photos, I even take pictures of my surroundings whenever I find something interesting and beautiful! It does help you being more creative as you´re keep an open mind of the world around you, you´re more curious and can even come with new ideas you hadn´nt thought of !

@laschizo that is what I normally do, but this whole using A.I. issue has thrown me through an ethical loop. Its literally copied with tracing paper. I can understand using it for a reference, maybe to get ideas, but tracing it to me takes it too far. For personal use, to hang in your own home, fine. But passing it off as your own, selling original prints or putting it in judged art shows....it's just wrong.

Another gorgeous painting Lioba, mermaids are one of my favourite subjects to paint. I always love how you incorporate and talk about different mythologies while sharing your techniques. You make fascinating videos that I often refer back to. As always, thanks for sharing your art with the world 😊

This is beautiful! I saw in another video that you printed your sketch on the paper. I want to do that same, but I’ve looked up different printers here in the USA and I’m struggling to find one that would work that how your printer works. Could you please give the model of your printer or if there is an alternative that you recommend for printing sketches on watercolor paper?

I use the canon ipf1000! 🥰

I do believe that the most important thing to consider is ink, I think you can´t just use any printer ink for watercolor, it has to be waterproof, right?
@LiobaBrueckner9 ай бұрын
that's a good question, I only ever purchased the canon inks for my printer....

I explained in in the descriptions of some, but it isn't so difficult as if it would need a whole tutorial really! ^^

Hi! Great video as always. I want to try printing sketches for watercolour too. What ink do you use? (I tried with my printer but the ink bled everywhere)

I think you don't know how to use watercolor very well and you try to improve it or fix it with colored pencils.
