Bethenny, You're right, gift giving can be challenging. For those who seem to have everything, I like to give experiences where memories can be made. Pictures and meaningful hand written letters are also great presents.

I bought my husband, my father in law and brother in law a pre-paid fishing trip 4 years ago for Christmas. They never booked it. They love to go fishing but have trouble booking the same day off, apparently. I bought my in laws a wine tasting weekend for two 2 years ago and they still haven’t used it! They have been wine tasting a few times since, it’s something they enjoy but just haven’t used my gift.

For the people closest to me that I’m going to spend more on, I like to focus on Buy It For Life stuff. So, for example, if anyone mentions an interest in cooking, they will be getting some enameled cast iron at some point. Some less expensive but excellent gifts IMO are LLBean wicked good slippers, Darn Tough socks, and Littledeer wood cooking utensils. Yeah, I am partial to kitchen gear and anything cozy.

Thank you. OMG, gift giving is so stressful for me. The buying in 2 weeks, the wrapping, the cost. I never get everything wrapped without stress Christmas Eve day starting in the morning. I need help. I am not smart about it and last year it sent me into a depression of “I am not good at life!”

Great tips but I literally have zero room for storing anything 😮….everything has to be in my tiny room so it’s an every day thing for me…

Says the super millionaire 🎉😂❤ I love ya ma'am. I've been watching you since you were in the grocery stores. I'm really looking up to you and praying to have friends like you (I'm 45 nobody likes me😂) But I feel like you're getting outta touch with suggesting or telling people how to spend their money. Sis, You're not part of the broke folk club anymore😂 and in this economy, gesh-- buying bulk is outta the question (except for necessities like diapers and expired food & milk)

I love those people who are like-it’s the thought that counts and then wraps up a regifted fondu set and gives it to you. Or they buy you a gift that THEY want. To me-If you’re giving a gift make it personal. The thought counts, so put some into it. Drives me crazy when I spend a lot of money on people I love and then they don’t put any thought into it. However-I know I’m sounding like. Grinch-These are nice generic gifts. Of course buying them at a time that’s cheaper is also fantastic. It’s very smart!!!!

By brother in law of 10 years gave me a bottle of red wine for Christmas last year. First time he’s ever given me a gift, although I’ve always given him a gift. I don’t drink red wine lol I didn’t say anything. Just thank you 😂

I always assumed men didn’t like/ care for candles. Our wedding favor was a Capri Blue Volcano scented candle in a little jewelry box vessel and so many of mine and my husband’s male friends not only actually burned the candles but loved them! We had an In & Out truck come towards the end of the night to serve burgers and we sent everyone home with a soda, Red Bull, water, and Advil lol

Okay, something hinky is going on. I left a comment that showed up on another channel. I then left another comment and it showed up there again. I give up 😂

That’s weird. Sometimes I see people’s comments that have nothing to do with the video at all or a reply that makes no sense to what the OC said. I wonder what’s going on.

Sounds impersonal. However if you have to buy gifts for boatloads of people I guess impersonal is fine.
