Mitch will never give us his stack, but what can’t be denied is everyone he’s competing against has “access” to the same PED’s he does so with all that equal the rest of what he does and talks about all across his channel puts him above the rest. As a lifetime natural following this man’s content has helped me start my amateur strongman journey and it’s been a blast.

Yeah. Everyone is on a level playing field. No doubt. Gear use is really a moot point. Good luck in your personal strongman journey! Not sure if you ever watched Allan Thrall, he was doing strongman as a lifetime natty and did very well. He’s moved into bodybuilding lately. But he’s a decent watch if you want to see what a natty guy can do.

To sum it up, Mitch has a good brain. The very best strongmen are also smart. It's not just "me eat, me lift" You need a cerebral element to your arsenal too.

I’m a small guy, 5’11 and 170lbs. With loose weights and a bookbag I do pull-ups pushups and single leg squats and also stone lifting with some stones I got from a landscape company. 225lb, 300lb, and 320lb. I was struggling to gain weight though. Was getting stronger but not heavier. I started some of your philosophy like the orange juice smoothie and keep a clean diet with at least 8 hours of sleep and the right vitamins as well. I’m now gaining weight. 190lb and getting the 320lb stone off the ground which felt impossible when I first got it like a month ago. Your videos have been helping a lot

I've got a nutrition tip that I learnt today........... Yesterday I ate some Carolina reaper chillis peppers. Today, I had a squat session. It took me about 2 hours to feel safe enough to get off the toilet. Squating with a burning bumhole and a stomach ache sucks. Stay away from hot chillis if you want to enjoy your session and not feel like someone put a flaming cactus up your butt sideways.

Inflammation is definitely overlooked. Look at Toms sciatica and other recent injuries where the body breaks down, or the fact that most athlete's cant consistently perform at a high level year round due to recovery, and then look at their diet and lifestyle. It definitely has added extra implications, especially internally causing the body to not respond as well, which is where Mitch excels.

I totally agree with everything you said. I tell guys all the time, to lift more manage stress. You are only as strong as your nervous system will allow you to be. Sleep is huge, very huge, good quality sleep. I am totally natural, no juice, just my preference. Nothing against anyone who decides to go a diff route. That said, just because you take this or that does not ever mean that you will get this or that result. Genetics can never be over ridden no matter what you take. The main diff I see with you verse other strong men is pretty simple. YOU ARE A THINKER. What this means,,,,,, At the Strongest man on earth show, because said your squats were bs, I disagree. You asked ahead of time what the best position is for measuring parallel with no weight versus loaded. 2 diff things entirely. You moved the bar the same distance as when you were measured for parallel. You were smart enough to put yourself in a bio mechanical positive position. That is just one of the things that make you so great at what you do. You are constantly learning. You my friend are a student of the sport of strength. I tell guys that at the gym as well. Study what others are doing when they are doing it correctly. And learn. Little things matter, especially when the weights get heavier. Most in the gym want easy. So they take juice, beef up quickly then level off even quicker. Then when they go off they drop to lower than when they started. There total training method was never on point and no amount of anything you take will solve that. You have to work hard and even more important , which you do, is work smart.

I am 5'9.5" and weigh 235lbs and at my heaviest when I was really focused on bodybuilding I was 255 with 12% bodyfat. Not strongman numbers but I could bench 425 for couple of reps, squat 495 for 8-10 reps and deadlift 635. In my 50's still can bench 365 , squat 405 and deadlift 495 fairly easily without PEDs.
