Thanks for your tips. I'm a new runner struggling to get sub 1 in my 10k runs. With your tips i think i can do better with my training and help me finish my 1st marathon in march 2025 and avoid injuries. Age 36 but still enjoying to run.😊

Thank you! Every how many months should a lactate test be performed? I like your videos a lot, they are informative and entertaining!

Depends on your training progress but even pro usually do a full lactate test session in thr lab only 2-3 times a year or less. In addition some regular workouts are lactate controlled were lactate is tested.
