No 3 is totally worth it. This is how I use it. Use a clarifying shampoo. Squeez out water. Apply 1-2 coin size away from scalp to ends. Wrap in warm towel. Or give some heat via hair dryer then wrap in towel. Keep only for 30-40 minute. Not more than tat at all. Then wash off and apply a protein hair mask. Keep for 10-15 minutes then wash off. Apply conditioner as normal. If you feel hair have become heavy don't wash off next day. Let them be and wash only after 2 days. And your hair will be sort for 2-3 months easily. I use it to minimise look of my split ends and I need to use it only once every 3 months as I only use hair dryer to dry my hair and don't use flat iron etc regularly. Maybe twice a year. I have also heard that curl smith bond treatment gives similar results and gives much more quantity for the price. Once I finish my olaplex I will get it.

Start with asking yourself why your hair is dry. Is it heat damage? Chemical damage? Is it dry because your scalp isn’t producing enough oil? Find what’s causing the problem exactly
