I switched over to using a cup at the beginning of the year & I’ll NEVER turn back to tampons. The cup is much more comfortable & hold more to me. I bought mine from Amazon & it came with 2 different sizes for those with a heavier flow. It takes a sec to figure out the best way for you to insert (everyone is different). But it’s the best. I also use the Always overnight underwear at night.

I use the menstrual cup and it’s great. It takes a little getting used to and can be messy at first. but once you get the hang of it it becomes a breeze. it’s reusable so you don’t have to buy pads or tampons anymore. And the cup collects instead of absorbs so they say it’s better for you and eliminates the risk of TSS.
