You shouldn't skip moisturizer in the morning if you're using cleanser on your face. You can skip if you’re using a moisturizing sunscreen. You should use sunscreen even if you’re not going outside. You can't skip conditioner after shampooing your hair. You have to use conditioner even if you're washing your hair with just plain water. Also no one should apply chemical exfoliator more than 2-3 times a week.
