Nice set up! I have basically the same type of bags but all Ortlieb, and when going for longer tours I have the Ortlieb Bikepacking panniers.

How many days could you ride with that setup? How many days of supplies can you hold?

With bikepacking setup I never went for longer than 5 days and it's not really that great for stacking supplies. Food stack for one full day of riding is about as much as I can do with these bags. For longer tours I go with panniers.

@@gearedforadventure I'm planning a tour of the Erie Canalway from Albany to Buffalo, or from Buffalo to Albany. It is 350+ miles I believe. Panniers is probably the right choice.
