Yikes! The word flooding gives me nightmares. We had to move to a hotel for 2 months, Oct 2020 during the pandemic, after a flood in our home. We didn't lose much furniture but the walls, floors, and carpets were destroyed on 2 of 3 floors, and mold developed. Your sewing room looks superb! Love the pink walls! Happy Quilting!!

Just found your channel. Loved your sewing room and especially your sofa-bed. I was curious on the size of your sewing room. I wish I could put a sofa/bed in my sewing room.

Thank you so much. 🌻It is 10’ (w)x13’9”(l) overall. I opened up the closet space and that gave me approximately another 5’6” (w) x 2’ (d) to work with in the space. I ordered the sofa from Joybird during one of their sales. It’s a single bed.

Ohh how I know about flooding. That's how I lost all my fabrics & yarn. I lived in an apartment & was gone for 4 months visiting family & came back to upstairs overflow toilet & bathtub. Everything was molded & ruined. Heartbreaking. But your new area is beautiful. Im waiting to move & can't wait to fix up my new area.

Reorganising my sewing room at the moment so your video was very helpful. We also bought a small sofa bed for guests and that gives me a comfy spot to do hand sewing but it meant I had to shuffle things around to make space for it. I’m pinching a few of your storage ideas as they are practical but look pretty as well, thank you for sharing! Have subscribed 😊
