hi! i too own the 795v’s and i recommend changing the lacing to over-under lacing (tutorial on ian website) And leaving the top 2 eyelets empty. This makes it WAYYY easier to slip on and off (although u still have to tie around as the laces r long af). Hope this helps ❤ with this i manage to tie and get on both boots in a minute

I haven’t worn sneakers in awhile. I’m scared if I go to a more populated vacation area like Japan or Korea that my boot rotation would kill my FEET. My gf and I dress similarly, albeit different style. But we are both all black gang. I got some Guidi 992 from grailed for like 60% off with a chunkier vibram sole. I may resole them again and make them ever more chunkier as they are still a little “dressy”. Good luck on your gym adventure. I was around 115lbs when I started. I’m out here at 140lbs. I’m not super buff but I’m eating properly and more toned and less lanky. Remember the boys got you. Most of us just want to be healthy in the gym so that standing up from a chair isn’t going to kill our backs 😂😂

I need more boots, I own 2 pairs and like 18 pairs of sneakers. It's hard to afford nice brands since the barrier to entry is usually significantly higher than sneakers. Thrifting for example is like ~20$ for sneakers and ~50-70$ for stuff like sorel or danner. The average price of my sneakers is like ~80-140$ where as my boots are 320 that I got on sale for 120

My girlfriend and I are different. Maybe not too far from the same, I just prefer darker colors or colors specific to what I think I look good in and she wears any color, and always color. I keep it Black, White, Blue, Dark Green, Red, and more gorp incorporated stuff as well as leather's since I ride motorcycles, and since I skateboard and workout I keep clothing baggy, which we both do but I take it to the extreme, she gets cute and dainty and when I dress up it's more classic and or avant garde. She doesn't like denim or pants either and I love pants, I wear more boots than she does too, and I can't leave the house unless I have a fit on, she doesn't mind going out in sweats and stuff, we both like revealing clothing too. Sorry, took this as a chance to talk about my gf and I :)
