I really like you're videos! You provide us info and tutorials on other stuff than german ranks and webbing. I would really appreciate if you made som sort of life in a trench series about what a soldier did in the trenches/foxholes, how to cook in the trenches, and what they did other than that . I have tried reeanacting alone and as soon as went in to my foxhole i didn't know what to do.

Since you have a couple WWI gas masks and know how fragile they are, I have a nice condition one that’s on the way and is still pliable(ish). I’d really like to display it on a mannequin head, but not sure about how long term display would degrade the mask. Do you have any experience with this and how do you think I should go about displaying it. Thanks in advance, and great finds!

It’s best to avoid putting on a mannequin head. It will cause the straps to stretch out and damage the mask. I like to keep it in the bag or have it lying down in a display case. You could add paper in it to make it more full.
