Are you using natural products or products containing natural ingredients? I had developed bumps all over my forehead n cheeks then I found out it is because of the oils n other natural ingredients in my skin care regimen. It could be melasezzia. I stopped using those products and within a couple of months my skin cleared up. Also, i started using salicylic acid facewash
